That the bill for a canon concerning Holy Orders (proposed by Bishop J.A. Grant) be referred to the bishop and bishop-in-council of each diocese with a request that the bill be reviewed, that comments be passed on to the Board of Ministry and Training and that the bill in the present form or in a revised form, with all such comments and advice from he Board thereon be brought before the next ordinary session of the General Synod.
