That this General Synod note with approval the work undertaken by the Australian Hymn Book after wide consultation as outlined in the report; Synod further encourage the Anglican Representatives to continue their work with that Committee on this project. In the meanwhile, Standing Committee be empowered to fill any vacancies that may arise among the Anglican Representatives, it being understood that no expenses are to be charred to General Synod for this work. Synod ask that Standing Committee and General Synod be kept fully informed as to progress made.
