Movers Bishop of Papua New Guinea

That the Diocese of Papua New Guinea is granted approval of General Synod to formulate a plan for independent Provincial Status for the Church in Papua New Guinea as a National Church within the Anglican Communion but separate from the Church of England in Australia; such plan to be brought before the next session of General Synod, or, if necessity demands, to General Synod’s Standing Committee for final approval.
