That General Synod approves the plan for the development of the Anglican Primary Site in Canberra as a national project of this church as presented in the report of the Working Group appointed by the Standing Committee in accordance with the resolution of General Synod 63/1981 and approves the implementation of Stage 1 without delay, on the understanding that the Council to be established is satisfied that all necessary conditions as indicated in various professional advices can be met.
