AUSTARC Day of Prayer

That this Synod:
(a) agrees to a request from AUSTARC (the Australian Anglican/Roman Catholic Conversations established by General Synod) to transfer the day set aside for Anglican and Roman Catholic Reconciliation from June 3 to November 4 each year, and notes that the Australian Catholic Bishops’ Conference has already assented to this; and
(b) encourages Anglican dioceses, parishes and institutions to observe this day of prayer by taking appropriate steps to increase understanding and cooperation.
