Dates of the Opening of Churches and Formation of Parochial Units or Districts

That the General Synod recommends to Diocesan Synods that they require their Registrars to have recorded in diocesan year books, (or similar published records) the dates that churches were established within the districts or parishes within their dioceses as such information is continuously in demand and will be secured for posterity.
