EMERGENT ELECTION – SPECIAL TRIBUNAL

The Chair of Committees reported that there is a need for an emergent election for the Special Tribunal.

Mr Ian Walker sought leave of Synod to move a notice of motion for the Synod to declare an emergent election for the Special Tribunal. Leave was so granted.

That the election of a priest to the Special Tribunal to fill a casual vacancy be declared an emergent election.
