That Synod declare that the nomination of one bishop by each of the House of Laity, the House of Clergy and the House of Bishops to fill vacancies on the Appellate Tribunal pursuant to the provisions of the Appellate Tribunal Canon 1991 as amended shall be emergent elections for the purposes of clause 4 of Rule III – Rules for the Conduct of Elections.
