That in order to realise the spiritual gifts that the Churches of Asia, Africa, the Pacific and Latin America have to offer the Church in Australia within a total context of giving and receiving, this General Synod:

resolves to promote an exchange of personnel between the Anglican Church of Australia and its Partner Churches in Asia, Africa, the Pacific and Latin America and asks the Missionary and Ecumenical Council, with the missionary agencies, to explore ways in which this can be best accomplished.
