That Synod:

(a) receive the budget and financial projections for the period 1993 to 1995;
(b) adopt the estimates of costs, charges and expenses contained in the budgets for the year ending
31 December 1993 and
(c) approve the aggregate of the estimates of the costs, charges and expenses for the year ending
31 December 1993 in respect of matters referred to in paragraphs 32(2)(a), (b1) (c) and € of the Constitution, in the amount of $660,000 and in respect of the Special Fund, in the amount of $295,050.
