Financial Implications of Proposals put to Synod

That this Synod reaffirm the Resolution 66/85 of the Synod of 1985 which states that when any Bill, motion or resolution introduces a new element or service within this Church with financial implications that full financial costings be placed before the Synod before such Bill, motion or resolution be approved by this Synod.
