Gambling

This General Synod, in the light of the problems caused by the expansion of the gambling industries in this country and, noting the dependence of most state Governments on gambling generated revenue (most of which comes from the two per cent of the population who are problem gamblers), asks the next Federal Government to work with State Governments to reduce this dependency.
