That Synod suspend those parts of Standing Orders as are necessary to allow for a motion for leave to include on the agenda today without notice a bill for a canon to provide for the ordination and consecration of women as Deacons, Priests, and Bishops, and that Synod declare the bill to be a matter of urgency.
