Legal Position in Respect of Licenses

This Synod requests the Standing Committee of General Synod, to examine the legal position in respect of licences held by clergymen in the Church of England in Australia with a view to introducing legislation at the next session of Synod to enable licences to be revoked in certain circumstances other than those at present specified in the Offences Canon 1962.
