That this Synod

(a) grants permission to allow radio and television coverage and press photographs to be taken from time to time
during the sessions of Synod;
(b) appoints Miss C.L. Rivers, Director of Information of the Diocese of Sydney, Press Officer for this Synod, and
authorises her to handle all news media relations in connection therewith.
