That this Synod

(a) grants permission for radio and television coverage and press photographs to be taken during the Synod but
that the use of flash and T.V. Illumination be restricted to the first ten minutes of the opening session on each day of sitting, following Prayers; and thereafter members of the media shall no be permitted on the floor of Synod; and

(b) appoints Miss C.L. Rivers, Director of Information of the Diocese of Sydney, Media Officer for this Synod, and
authorises her to handle all news media relations in connexion therewith.
