Media Management Plan

That this Synod, in view of the need for frequent and forthright comment by Church leaders at all levels on the important national and international issues of the day; asks the Standing Committee of General Synod to develop a media management plan to enable and facilitate such comment at national, diocesan and local levels throughout Australia; and that participation in such comment by Church leaders be encouraged.
