That this Synod:

(a) appoint Miss C.L. Rivers, Director of Information of the Diocese of Sydney, Media Officer for this Synod, and
authorise her to handle all news media relations in connection therewith; and

(b) grant permission for television coverage and press photographs to be taken during the first ten minutes of the
opening session on each day of sitting, following Prayers; and thereafter members of the media shall not be permitted on the floor of Synod.
