That this Synod
(a) grants permission to allow radio and television coverage and press photographs to be taken from time t time during sessions of Synod;
(b) appoints Miss C. L. Rivers of the Anglican Information Office Sydney, Press Officer for this Synod, and authorises her to handle all new medial relations in connection therewith.
