That:
a) so much of standing orders be suspended as would prevent the recommittal of bill No. R-04 – A Rule to amend Clause 2 of rule 11 – at the committee stage for the purpose of amending that rule to allow the appointment of 2 members of Standing Committee nominated by NATSIAC, and
b) the recommittal be made an order of the day for Tuesday 23 at 2pm.
