National Home Mission Fund

That this General Synod, in view of the major new responsibilities undertaken by the National Home Mission Fund, commends the Fund to all dioceses and parishes, and urges their generous support.

General Synod further:

(a) expresses thanks to the Bush Church Aid Society for its administration of the National Fund for ten years
until 1799;

(b) confirms the arrangements made by the Missionary and Ecumenical Council for the current administration
of the Fund, including the involvement of representatives of the receiving dioceses; and

(3) renews the mandate of the Missionary and Ecumenical Council to exercise general oversight of the
National Fund.
