That so much of Standing Orders be suspended, as would prevent the inclusion of the following items in the Order of Business for this day’s sitting –

(a) The Roll of Bishops, the Rolls of Clerical and Lay Representatives will be called.

(b) The President will deliver his supplementary address to the Synod.

(c) Filling of any vacancy in the following positions –
(i) Clerical Secretary and Lay Secretary
(ii) Chairman and Deputy Chairman of Committees
(iii) Committee of Elections and Qualifications
(iv) Committee to Arrange the Order of Business
(v) Minute Reading Committee
(vi) Media Officer
