(1) records its thanks to the Primate for his thoughtful and wide-ranging Presidential Address and requests that it be printed with the records of this Synod.

(2) extends its arm congratulations to the Primate on the award of the degree of Doctor of Theology (honoris causa) by the Australia College of Theology.
