(5) That this General Synod, during this session, includes a conference on lay administration or presidency of the eucharist. This conference to:

(a) be of one hour duration;
(b) be at a time prescribed by the Business Committee;
(c) include presentation of 20 minutes each by two lead speakers invited by the Primate, followed by small group discussion.
