That so much of the Standing Orders be suspended as is necessary to enable the Chairman of the Australian Board of Missions and the Registrar of the Australian College of Theology to be granted a seat without power of proposition or vote in Synod and that the President be requested to invite them to speak when matters affecting their respective organisations are being considered by the Synod.
