That so much of Standing Orders be suspended as is necessary to enable the Chairman of the Australian Board of Missions, the Registrar of the Australian College of Theology and an Associate Director of the General Board of Religious Education to be granted a seat, without power of proposition or vote, in Synod, and that the President be requested to invite them to speak when matt4ers affecting their respective organisations are being considered by the Synod.
