Seats on Floor of Synod

That so much of the Standing Orders be suspended as is necessary so as to enable the Reverend M.S. Batteridge (Federal Secretary of the Church Missionary Society and the Reverend T.J. Hayman (Federal Secretary of the Bush Church Aid Society and the Honorary Secretary of the National Home mission Fund) to be seated on the floor of this Synod during the presentation of the motion concerning the commendation of the report of the Missionary and Ecumenical Council to the Church of England in Australia, and as would enable such to address the Synod if called upon by the President.
