Simplication of procedures for consideration of Bills and Canons

That this General Synod requests the Standing Committee

i) to explore ways in which the procedures for the consideration and passing of Bills for Canons and Bills by
General Synod could be shortened and simplified; and

ii) to bring any changes to the Standing Orders required to achieve this before the next Session of General Synod.
