Suspension of Standing Orders 6

That on the motion for the second reading of the Ordination of Women to the Office of Priest Canon 1987 Standing Orders be suspended to the extent necessary to permit the President to call, after the mover and seconder have spoken, two speakers in opposition to the motion and that those speakers be given the same time to speak as the mover and seconder of the motion.
