That this Synod requests Standing Committee to bring to the next General Synod a Bill to change Rule I, Clause 34 so that the time for speeches other than bills be 10 minutes for the mover, 7 minutes for the seconder and 4 minutes for all other speeches including the mover’s speech in reply.
