Movers Archbishop of Brisbane

That this Synod expresses its profound thanks to our President for his devoted leadership of this Church during the time of his Primacy, for the contribution he has made to our awareness and unity as the Anglican Church of Australia, and for his personal example of strong faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

We thank the Archbishop and Lady Loane for their gracious friendship and hospitality and for the journeys they have made to our dioceses to share our life.

And for the Primate’s chairing of this Synod, with his wise guidance and constant humour we express special thanks.
