In view of recommendation 3 of the Commission on Theological Education this Synod asks the delegates to the Australian College of Theology to examine the possibility of a closer relationship with the Melbourne College of Divinity.

Given the current Melbourne developments in ecumenical co-operation, the Australian College of Theology and the Melbourne College of Divinity should consider a closer relationship).
