Long Service Leave Fund Administration Policies

The Long Service Leave Board has established and approved the following administration policies:

PRIVACY POLICY

The Long Service Leave Fund respects the privacy of its members and participants. This Privacy Policy defines how the Fund protects the privacy of Fund members and participants.

INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

The purpose of the Information Security Policy is to ensure that full and accurate records of all activities and decisions of the Long Service Leave Fund (“the Fund”) are created, managed and retained or disposed of appropriately, and in accordance with relevant legislation.

COMPLAINTS GUIDELINE

The Long Service Leave Fund is committed to being responsive to the needs and concerns of our dioceses and participating organisations, and to resolving your complaint as quickly as possible. The Complaints Guideline is to provide guidance on the manner in which the Fund receives and manages complaints.
